Springleap is a crowd sourcing online T-Shirt store which involves designers submitting their artwork which then gets voted in by the community and printed onto the shirts which go on sale for that particular month.

@Talya - Wow, very happy about that! We feel it is a really great in depth look into the challenges of an Online T-Shirt store. If anyone wants to know what it will take then they should watch this show.

Great interview, as always, gents!
Though might I suggest the use of lower-thirds (overlays) in your interviews, they needn't be complex, or animated; just a brief display of the person's name and the company logo perhaps... It'd really help make the interviews more personable.
