What was your motivation behind the redesign, aside from the user friendliness you mentioned in the video?

We just want more flexibilty when it comes to uploading more than one video in one day and we also want channels.

Hmmm...all makes sense. Just to play the other side for a sec, why did the need for additional functionality require a redesign? Not contesting it, just curious. :)
