About the Show
We decided to get all motivational today and talk about developing your character and working on supposed 'weaknesses'.
We started as the most introverted people you knew but with a bit of effort have become a lot more out going. You can do it too, it just takes effort.

It seldom takes 5minutes to set all of that up, so don't stress out too much. Are you setting it all up to run locally? If so, I can show you a quick and easy way to get it all running in 5 minutes :)

I'm usually too shy to comment but I'm taking your advice and working on my 'weaknesses'. Great video as always. Oh and now it's 8 comments ;)

I've just been going through the archives -- you know what would make for a kickass summary? -- maybe taking the time to splice together several bits of the best of the best -- tweaking the video and coming out with a nice streaming clip of an hour-long duration and making it into a documentary for entry to a number of doccie or short film festivals...
I love it when an idea comes together...

Really getting into your video's - can you tell?
Think the key point is don't change who you are. If you are introverted it doesn't mean you can have a video blog, but if you try and become very extrovert you will soon get found out to be a 'fake'. Same as if you are extroverted - you can't become introverted.
@Marc - what problems you having with PHP on Win 2K? Drop me a line if you need any help, I used to do a lot of support work with Windows Servers.
