Haha, love "Tweetfloatdiggstumble... and vote"!:)
Otherwise, sounds like a good idea, although, how are you going to make sure that these sites are going to be used the way you intend? How do you think people will feel using the same design as potentially 35-40 other sites?
Keep it up tho guys :)

There will never be a way to track how the themes are used unfortunately, but we can only hope that the competition winners maintain the spirit of these themes.
The way we want it to be seen is that you can't modify a painting that you purchase unless you are very very very bothered by an element or two. Although, to my knowledge I have never heard of anyone doing that!! So hopefully the same happens with the themes.
I am sure there are many bloggers out there who are perfectly aware that their free theme is being used by tonnes of other bloggers out there. Paid or not. So I am sure they want stress having a gorgeous (cough cough) theme that is only used by 35 - 40 other peeps.
In my mind, judging by some of the people who want a blog but still want it to look pretty, they won't mind owning a collectors item and wearing it proudly. At the moment, themes are like Toyota's... where are all the Ferrari's?!

Hi Guys
Looking forward to seeing the theme, you're creating quite the hype there eh???
Hopefully I can get my hands on a copy for idale.co.za - I'm starting to outgrow myself there.

Sounds awesome! Not to sure how bloggers/designers/developers would feel about not editing the design, will be interesting to see how it pans out...
That said, I run noboxmedia.com - and it is in serious need of a signature face lift. Hint hint :-)
